Terms and conditions
These general conditions have as their object the purchase of products remotely by means of a telematic network through the site & nbsp; www.originalsport.it < / strong> & nbsp; owned by & nbsp; Original Sport by Morandin Roberto , with registered office in Via Beato Pellegrino 99, 35137 Padua (PD) registered in the Business Register of Padua (dated 7/5/1991), VAT number 01924900283.
The purchase operations will be governed by the provisions of D . lgs. n. 185 of 22.5.1999, while the protection of confidentiality (privacy) will be subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 196/03.
These general conditions are valid from 01/01/2008. They may be updated or modified by Original Sport at any time, without notice, and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.originalsport.it.
The consumer undertakes and obliges, whenever there is a modification of these general conditions, to read them and if he deems it appropriate to provide for their printing and conservation.

Art. 1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALE

1.2 & nbsp; - All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the Customer (business and individuals) to the corresponding Internet site at www.originalsport.it. At this point, the Customer can conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the instructions and procedures provided.
< strong data-mce-fragment = "1"> 1.3 & nbsp; - These general conditions of sale must be examined online by the customer, before completing the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.
1.4 & nbsp; - The customer, by sending the electronic confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in his relations with Original Sport, the general conditions and payment illustrated below, declaring to have read and accepting all the information provided by him pursuant to the aforementioned rules, also noting that Original Sport does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
