A good workout and heavy use of the shoe can cause the laces to come undone, despite being tied tightly.

Edea invented the lace clips to keep the lacing longer and hide the laces, thus avoiding annoying fluttering and possible penalties in the race.

Tests have shown that they are most effective when placed in the center hook.

They have been designed to hook them into the inside of the shoe leaving the longer tongue on the outside so as not to hinder the skating.
